Dhivya Prabhakaran

A systems thinker who speaks both
design and code.

I started as a software engineer building enterprise systems on AS/400 — debugging production issues at 2 AM, optimizing warehouse logistics, and shipping code that thousands relied on daily.

That experience taught me something most designers never learn firsthand: the real constraints of building software. Now, as a UX Engineer pursuing my MA in Interaction Design at UNT, I combine deep technical knowledge with human-centered design methods to create experiences that are both beautiful and buildable.
